西南首家无人值守便利店——17闪店，是由重庆云邮天下信息技术有限公司（前身为腾讯企业产品西南服务中心），经过数年沉淀，倾力打造，旨在帮助实体商户完成互联网化的转型，项目于2017年7月正式落地。亮相当天注册用户1000+，并在同年9月正式开放加盟，实现了线下零售店的伟大革新。

此次品牌升级，我们采用象征迅速反应的闪电作为吉祥物的特有属性，创作出“7哥”。

Considering that convenience stores aim to meet people's needs quickly and conveniently, and in conjunction with the brand name, we created the mascot "Brother 7".

For this brand upgrade, we adopted lightning, which symbolizes rapid response, as the mascot's unique attribute and created "7".

作为办公楼下的24H无人便利店，无人值守，并不意味着没了人情味。

我们希望7哥能像朋友一样24小时伴你左右，因此我们赋予他温暖亲切，礼貌而绅士的人物个性。

As a 24H unmanned convenience store under the office building, being unmanned doesn't mean no human touch.

We want Brother 7 to be with you 24 hours a day like a friend, so we gave him a warm and friendly, polite and gentlemanly character personality.

配合吉祥物个性，创作吉祥物系列表情，延展广告画面和应用，让吉祥物“活”起来。
