义门白家酸辣粉采用白家小镇的传统制粉工艺和独特的配方技术精制而成,这种源于自然、源于传统的制作方法已有五百多年的历史。王双设计还原历史,手绘制粉过程,以每一个参与制粉的人物形象,体现义门白家酸辣粉的手工工艺。
手绘手工拍粉的工艺过程,凸显纯手工的特点。印章元素及手写风的字体,具有历史沉淀感和厚重感,寓意义门白家酸辣粉中蕴含着世代传承的匠心精神。
Yimen Baijia Suanlafen originated in Baijia Town, western Sichuan Province, and was founded in 1989. It has now developed into a well-known brand in the Chongqing Suanlafen industry. In recent years, Yimen Baijia Suanlafen standardized stores have spread across more than 80 cities in more than 20 provinces nationwide, and have grown to nearly 500 stores. In 2015, it successfully signed a strategic advertising partnership with CCTV. The franchise has gone abroad, with Yimen Baijia Suanlafen franchise stores in the United States, Canada, and Southeast Asia.
Yimen Baijia Spicy Hot Noodles are made using traditional flour-making techniques and unique formula techniques from the town of Baijia. This natural and traditional method of production has a history of more than 500 years. Wang Shuang designed to restore history, hand-drawn the flour process, and reflected the handmade craftsmanship of Yimen Baijia Spicy Hot Noodles with the image of each person involved in the flour-making process.
The hand-painted and hand-pressed powder process highlights the characteristics of pure handmade products. The seal element and handwritten font have a sense of historical accumulation and heaviness, embodying the spirit of craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation in the of the Bai family.
