2014年物美商业开始对便利店进行改革,强调“个人的即刻消费”。家乐福推出 “CarrefourEasy”便利店模式,声称未来首先要在上海和其他一线城市扩张便利店,之后在全国推广。步步高方面也表示,2015年将达到1万家便利店,2020年前则争取达到10万家。
épicerie是便利店的法文表达,中文音译为法热,店主希望用法式热情感染每一个爱生活,追求品质的人。
与711以熟食为主营产品不同的是,法热更注重以零食为主导,为顾客提供优质、贴心、便捷服务的同时,让购物更具趣味性。由于店铺选址位于重庆邮电大学新校门对面,主要客户群体为学生及周边住户,加之便利店即时消费属性,所以我们为其提出“法热便利店,就在您身边…”的品牌口号,强调优质便捷的服务,解决顾客的及时性需求。
