儿科诊所类的医疗属性行业,在大部分家长的认知里,就是一个严肃又嘈杂的场所,充满孩子的哭声和排队的抱怨,对小朋友而言,就是疼痛和恐惧的童年阴影。而我们要在众多有优秀背书的医院中脱颖而出,就要将品牌文化形成属于自己的差异化特点。
所以,在品牌文化建立初期,我们从宝宝的角度出发,打造了一个所有小朋友都会喜欢的IP形象——恐龙佑佑,转变医院给小朋友的固有印象,我们是一家可以让小朋友玩起来的恐龙医院,让我们在众多同类竞争者中,留下强烈对比的反差印象。 "Breaking down the inherent perception of hospitals and rebranding from a child's point of view.
